Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

If approved:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Costs
